摘要
为了改善传统填鸭式教学方法的弊端,本文通过介绍"贯穿式"案例教学法与"探究式"教学法的概念及其在《管理学》课程教学中的运用,来提高课程教学质量,激发学生学习兴趣,从而促使学生更好地掌握管理知识体系与综合技能。
In order to improve the drawbacks of the traditional cramming teaching method, this paper, through introducing the conceptions of Case-Run Through Type Teaching and Inquiry Teaching and their application in teaching Administration, aims to improve the teaching quality, stimulate students' interest in learning and promote students to better master management system knowledge and comprehensive skills.
