摘要 产教融合背景下,实施协同育人创新是民办高职院校思政课教学提高实效性的关键措施。在操作上,要从教学模式的转换入手,实现思政课理论教学与实践教学的协同育人;要整合校内校外的德育资源,实现不同类型学校之间的协同育人;要注重挖掘学生理论社团组织的资源,实现系部团学之间和教师与学生之间的协同育人;要通过项目合作与社会服务,实现政校团研企之间的协同育人。 In the background of the integration of production and education background, the implementation of collaborative education innovation is the key measure to improve the teaching effectiveness of the ideological and political education in private higher vocational colleges. As for the operational aspect, cooperative education of teaching theory and teaching practice should be started from the conversion of the teaching mode of ideological and political courses; resources of moral education in and out of school should be integrated to achieve collaborative education between different types of school; the cooperative education among the departments, teachers and students should be realized by exploring the resources of students' theory associations; cooperative education among government, school, research, and enterprises should be achieved through project cooperation and social service.
