景德镇市政府信息公开的现状分析与对策研究

Present situation analysis and countermeasure research of Jingdezhen municipal government information publicity

服务型、阳光型政府的构建离不开民众的参与,政府信息公开能够为政府与民众之间架起信任的桥梁,它是政府提升服务水平、走向透明化,接受民众监督的必由之路。和谐社会需要政府与民众之间形成良性互动,从某种意义上说,政府信息公开就是政府打开大门与民众进行平等对话与沟通,消除误解与隔阂。本文以分析景德镇市政府信息公开现状为出发点,找出其所存在的问题与成因,寻求对策,以期为完善我市政府信息公开程序、充实信息公开内容提供理论支撑。

The construction of service type government is inseparable from the people＇s participation, opening government information will build bridges of trust between the government and the public. It is the only way of the government to enhance the service level, towards transparency and accept public supervision. In a sense, the government information disclosure is the government has equal dialogue and communication with the public, to eliminate misunderstanding and barriers. This paper analyzed of Jingdezhen Municipal government information disclosure status and found out the existing problems and their causes, seek countermeasure, in order to improve information disclosure program of our city government, provides theoretical support to full information disclosure.
