Expression and significance of RBM38 in colorectal cancer

摘要 目的探讨RNA结合基序蛋白38(RBM38)在结直肠癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法应用免疫组化法检测90例结直肠癌及23例癌旁正常组织中RBM38蛋白的表达水平,并结合临床病理资料进行统计学分析。实时FQ-PCR法检测54例结直肠癌及对应癌旁正常组织中RBM38mRNA的表达水平。结果结直肠癌中RBM38蛋白阳性表达率低于癌旁正常组织(48.9%vs.91.3%)(P<0.01);RBM38蛋白表达水平与分化程度有关(P<0.05),而与肿瘤大小、肿瘤分期及有无淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05)。RBM38mRNA在结直肠癌组织中的表达水平低于癌旁正常组织(P<0.05)。结论 RBM38在结直肠癌组织中低表达,可能在结直肠癌发生、发展中起重要作用。 Objective To investigate the expression and significance of RNA-binding motif protein 38(RBM38)in colorectal cancer.Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of RBM38 in 90cases of colorectal cancer tissues and 23 cases of tumor-adjacent normal tissues.The association of RBM38 expression with the clinicopathologic features of colorectal cancer was analyzed.The expression of RBM38 mRNA in 54 cases of colorectal cancer tissues and matched tumor-adjacent normal tissues was dectected by FQ-PCR.Results The RBM38 protein positive expression rate was lower in colorectal cancer tissues than that in tumor-adjacent normal tissues(48.9% vs.91.3%)(P〈0.01).So did the expression level of RBM38 mRNA(P〈0.05).The expression of RBM38 in colorectal cancer was related to differentiation of tumour(P〈0.05),but not related to the size of tumour,TNM stage and lymph node metastasis(P〉0.05).Conclusion The expression of RBM38 is lower in colorectal cancer tissues,which may play an important role in carcinogenesis and progression of colorectal carcer.
