摘要 针对传统火灾探测器存在准确率不高的状况,构建了一种基于双波段红外视频火灾探测器,设计特定红外光学结构,采用彩色视频图像与红外图像融合识别火焰,并计算获取火焰中心坐标位置,实现联动报警通信,从而达到及时定位火情。着重阐述了基于双波段红外视频火灾探测器原理组成和各个模块电路设计,以及基于嵌入式系统软件实现,并采用蜡烛火焰为实验对象,测试了火焰识别、中心坐标定位及联动报警。实验结果表明,该火灾探测器以25帧/s连续采样火焰图像,既可以获取火焰中心坐标位置,又可以联动报警;且在无火情状况下,可作为安防监控,满足实际工程多功能应用需求。 As the traditional fire detectors are not high accuracy rate,a dual-band fire detector based on infrared video was proposed. A specific infrared optical structure was designed and used in the proposed fire detector. It identifies flame fusing the flame characteristics based on color video image and infrared image. It could calculate and mark the coordinates of flame center,and link communication alarm,so as to position the fire in time. The principle of the dual-band fire detector and circuit design of each module,and the software implementation based on the embedded system is introduced. An experimental example with the candle flame as experimental objects was enumerated. The functions of flame recognition,positioned fire center coordinates and linked alarm were tested for the detector. The experiment results show that the fire detector can obtain the flame center coordinates and link alarm,which continuously sampled flame image at 25 frames per second. And in the no fire cases,it can be used as security monitoring. It can satisfy the actual engineering application of multifunctional requirements.
