关节角度重置法、运动最小阈值测量法和力量重现法的相关性研究 被引量:11

Correlation between Joint Position Sense Reproduce Test,the Threshold of Detection of Movement Test and Force Sense Reproduce Test

摘要 目的:研究对相同受试者的膝关节应用不同的本体感觉测试方法,即关节角度重置法、运动最小阈值测量法和力量重现法所得结果之间的相关性。方法:用BIODEX多关节肌力测试系统对30名健康男青年膝关节应用不同的本体感觉测试方法。结果:相关性由强到弱排列依次是关节角度重置法与力量重现法之间的相关性(相关系数0.41),关节角度重置法与运动最小阈值测量法之间的相关性(相关系数0.29),运动最小阈值测量法与力量重现法之间的相关性(相关系数0.15)。结论:关节角度重置法、运动最小阈值测量法与力量重现法所得结果之间相关不具有统计学意义(P>0.05),因此,它们所代表的位置觉、运动觉和力量觉之间相关也不具有统计学意义。应用关节角度重置法、运动最小阈值测量法和力量重现法中单独一种测试方法获得的数据来代表本体感觉是片面的。由相关系数程度划分分析,力量觉可能更多地依赖高尔基腱器官的感觉输入信息,运动觉更多地依赖于肌梭的输入信息,而位置觉依靠肌梭和高尔基腱器官的双重输入信息。 Objective:Using different knee proprioception testing methods,namely joint position sense reproduce test,the threshold of detection of movementand force sense reproduce test to test subjects' proprioception,the correlation among the results were studied. Methods:Three tests of the proprioception of30 healthy young male were tested using Biodex Medical Systems,the tests were joint position sense reproduce test,the threshold of detection of movementand force sense reproduce test. Results:Correlation degrees from strong to weak were the correlation between joint position sense reproduce test and forcesense reproduce test(r= 0.41),joint position sense reproduce test and force sense reproduce test(r= 0.29),the threshold of detection of movement and forcesense reproduce test(r= 0.15). Conclusions:No significant correlation were found among the results of joint position sense reproduce test,the threshold of de-tection of movement and force sense reproduce test,therefore,there is no correlation between position sense,the kinesthetic sense and force sensation. Usingone of the 3 test methods to represent proprioception is one-sided. Force sensation is more likely to depend on Golgi tendon organ input information;kines-thetic sense rely more on muscle spindle input information;and joint position sense to rely on both input muscle spindles and Golgi tendon organs.
