摘要
研究了发泡剂AC、弹性体三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)和丁腈橡胶(NBR)、填料超细C_aC_O3对低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)/聚乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯(EVA)/弹性体发泡材料性能的影响。结果表明:当m(AC)∶m(LDPE+EVA)=6∶100时,发泡材料的密度达到0.078g/cm^3;EPDM能提高发泡材料的强度,当m(EPDM)∶m(LDPE+EVA)=15∶100时,发泡材料的力学性能优异;超细C_aCO_3可以提高发泡材料的强度,当m(C_aCO_3)∶m(LDPE+EVA)=30∶100时,发泡材料的泡孔均匀、细密,且性能较好。
The effects of the blowing agent AC,elastomer of EPDM and NBR,filler of ultra fine CaCO3 on the properties of LDPE/elastomer foaming materials were studied.The result show that the density of foaming materials reaches 0.078g/cm^3 when m(AC)∶m(LDPE+EVA)=6∶100;EPDM could enhance the strength of foaming materials,and the mechanical property is superior when m(EPDM)∶m(LDPE+EVA)=15∶100;ultra fine CaCO3 could enhance the strength of foaming materials,and when m(CaCO3)∶m(LDPE+EVA)=6∶100,the property of foaming materials could be better and the cell structure could be also even.
