中文版斜视儿童双亲生活质量量表的信效度研究

Investigation of the Reliability and Validity of Chinese Version of Parent Intermittent Exotropia Questionnaire

目的构建斜视儿童双亲生活质量量表（parent intermittent exotropia questionnaire,Parent-IXTQ）中文版,并检验其信度和效度。方法通过系统的前译-回译形成中文版的Parent-IXTQ,对某院眼科门诊就诊的179例斜视儿童的父亲或母亲进行问卷调查。另外,便利抽样法抽取165例视力正常儿童的父亲或母亲为对照组,以检验量表的信度及效度。结果中文版Parent-IXTQ的Cronbachα总系数为0.906,重测信度系数为0.812;内容效度指数为0.914,各维度间的相关系数为0.442～0.601,各维度与总分相关系数为0.812～0.901。斜视儿童双亲的生活质量得分明显低于视力正常儿童双亲的得分,差异有统计学意义（均P〈0.001）。结论中文版Parent-IXTQ具有较高的信度和效度,可以为医护人员评估斜视儿童双亲的生活质量提供可靠的依据。

Objective To form the Chinese version of Parent Intermittent Exotropia Questionnaire（Parent-IXTQ）,and assess its reliability and validity.Methods A forward-backward translation procedure was followed to develop the Chinese version of Parent-IXTQ,and 179 parents of strabismus children were tested,as well as 172 parents of visually normal children were selected randomly and completed the questionnaire in order to test the reliability and validity of Parent-IXTQ.Results The Cronbach＇s alpha coefficient was 0.906,the test-retest reliability was 0.812 and content validity index was 0.914.The correlation coefficient between each variable was 0.442-0.601 and the correlation coefficient between each variable and total score was 0.812-0.901.The score of quality of life in parents of strabismus children was significantly lower than parents of visually normal children（all P〈0.001）.Conclusion The Chinese version of Parent-IXTQ has a high reliability and validity,and can be a useful tool in clinical trials or research for testing the quality of life about parents of strabismus children.
