摘要
结合目前国内外普遍认可和倡导的TPCK理论,通过对民族地区中小学语文教师职业能力现状调查,分析了语文教师技术知识、教学法知识和学科内容知识的现状,提出促进中小学教师教学能力发展的核心策略。
Based on TPCK theory,this paper reports a survey study on the Chinese teachers'professional abilities in ethnic minority areas.An analysis is made on the Chinese teachers'technological knowledge,pedagogical knowledge and subject-matter knowledge.Core strategies for promoting the development of professional abilities among teachers in primary and secondary schools are put forward in the hope to improve the quality of Chinese language teaching in ethnic minority areas.
