摘要 柔性测量可以结合多种测量方法的优点,形成优势互补以满足现代测量领域精确高效的测量需求,柔性测量系统具有高度灵活性和适应性的特点。阐述了目前三维测量技术的发展现状,基于多传感器集成测量方法的分析,提出了柔性测量的概念和关键技术,然后根据实际应用对目前典型的柔性测量系统进行归纳和分类,最后针对柔性测量系统中存在的问题对其发展趋势进行了预测。 Flexible measurement takes advantages of many different measurement methods to meet the requirements of high accuracy and efficiency in the current measurement field.Flexible measurement systems have high flexibility and adaptability as well.The latest research progress of 3-dimension(3D) measurement techniques is analyzed in this paper,and then the concept of flexible measurement and its crucial techniques are proposed based on the investigation of multisensory integration measurement technology.Typical flexible measurement systems are summarized and classified according to the practical applications.Finally,the development trends are predicted based on the analysis of the present problems in flexible measurement systems.
