目的:设计一款体积小、容量大的新型急救药箱,部分替代抢救车功能,为临床争取最佳的抢救时间,从而提高抢救成功率。方法:分析医院在用抢救车的内部格局、组成以及实际应用等方面存在的不足,结合目前临床急救用药以及器械的常规配置,常备药品以及器械的类别、用途、包装、体积、数量等因素,对药箱的空间、组合方式等进行设计。结果:新型急救药箱体积小巧、功能齐全、使用方便,临床试用反馈良好。结论:新型急救药箱在临床抢救用药时,可完全替代抢救车的功能,为抢救提供充足药品、争取急救时间,具有良好的应用推广价值。
