摘要 针对传统溶液介电常数测量方法中使用的测量仪器制造成本高且对测量样本要求高的问题,提出了一种基于网络分析仪的溶液介电常数测量方法。该方法利用网络分析仪测量信号在介电常数已知的溶液中传输前后的相位变化,并用最小二乘法建立相位差和介电常数的关系模型,再利用该模型对未知溶液介电常数进行预测。实验证明:该方法操作简单方便,用到的仪器主要为网络分析仪,仪器成本低,测量样本可以是任意的介质溶液,对测试样本要求低,适用于未知溶液介电常数的快速测量。 Aiming at problem that measuring instruments is expensive and requirement of measurement sample is high in traditional solution dielectric constant measurement method,a new dielectric constant measurement method of solution based on network analyzer is proposed. This method uses network analyzer to measure phase change of signal before and after transmission in solution whose dielectric constant is known,relationship model of phase difference and dielectric constant is set up by method of least squares,and predict dielectric constant of unknown solution using the model. Experiment indicates that the method is simple to manipulate,the device is network analyzer which is low-cost and measurement demand for test sample is low,and the sample under test can be any solutions,applied for fast measurement dielectric constant of unknown solution.
