摘要
设计了一种使用超声波信号通信的高温蒸汽灭菌器温度压强测量系统。系统利用超声波信号在刚体介质中的强穿透性穿透灭菌器金属壁。通过40 k Hz与1 MHz两种频率信号代表不同数据位完成信息的传递。系统以STM32F103为控制器,通过外围电路驱动超声波换能器激发超声波,从而使外部换能器振动完成通信。介绍了误码处理算法与系统硬件构成。经测试,系统温度测量误差小于0.1℃,压强测量误差小于0.1%FS。
A temperature and pressure measuring system which uses ultrasonic signals for communication is designed. The system uses strong penetrate characteristic of ultrasonic signal in rigid body medium. Through two kinds of frequency signals of 40 k Hz and 1 MHz representing different data bits to complete transfer of information.The system takes STM32F103 as controller,and through peripheral circuit to drive ultrasonic transducer to excite ultrasonic wave,so as to cause vibration of external transducer to finish commnication. Error code processing algorithm and system hardware constitution are introduced. By testing,system error of temperature measuremet is less than 0. 1 ℃,and error of pressure measurement is less than 0. 1 % FS.
