急诊外科创伤患者死亡原因分析

Causes of Death in Patients with Trauma Emergency Surgery

目的:探讨急诊外科创伤患者的死亡原因,为救治工作的开展、患者死亡率的降低提供指导。方法:选取2013年1月-2014年1月笔者所在医院院急诊外科死亡的创伤患者90例,通过对其临床资料进行回顾,分析其致伤原因、受伤部位及死亡原因。结果:致伤原因中交通事故、高处坠落、意外摔倒、暴力打击、刀具砍伤、其他分别占33.33%、17.78%、16.67%、14.44%、10.00%、7.78%,其中以交通事故为主;在受伤部位中头部、胸部、腹部、四肢、多处部位分别占44.44%、14.44%、11.11%、5.56%、24.44%,其中头部损伤患者明显较多;死亡主要原因为颅脑损伤及多发伤,分别占37.78%,33.33%,失血性休克、窒息、其他分别占12.22%、11.11%、5.56%。结论:急诊外科创伤患者的死亡原因主要以颅脑损伤及多发伤为主,多与交通事故有关,医护人员在开展急救前应对创伤原因进行分析,并正确评估患者伤情,给予有针对性的救治。

Objective：To investigate the causes of death in trauma patients in emergency surgery,to provide guidance for the development,to reduce mortality in patients with treatment work.Method：From January 2013 to January 2014 in our hospital emergency,90 died cases with surgical trauma were selected.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed by analyzing their causes of injury,the injured area and causes of death.Result：The causes of injury in traffic accidents,falls,accidental falls,violence against,chopped knives,other were 33.33%,17.78%,16.67%,14.44%,10.00%,7.78% respectively,traffic accidents was the primary;in the injured area of the head,chest,abdomen,extremities,multiple sites accounted for 44.44%,14.44%,11.11%,5.56%,24.44% respectively,head injuries was significantly higher in patients;mainly die to brain death injury and multiple injuries,accounting for 37.78%,33.33%,hemorrhagic shock,asphyxia,others accounted for 12.22%,11.11%,5.56% respectively.Conclusion：The causes of death in emergency surgical trauma patients mainly are craniocerebral injury combined with multiple traumas which related to traffic accidents,medical personnel should carry out first aid before the deal with the causes of injury and correct assessment of severity,give the treatment.
