鼻内镜下治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的效果观察

Curative Effect Observation of Nasal Endoscopic Treatment of Chronic Sinusitis and Nasal Polyps

目的:探讨鼻内镜下对慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉行手术治疗的效果。方法:选取2013年7月-2015年7月笔者所在医院收治的200例慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者,将其随机分为两组。观察组患者接受鼻内镜下手术治疗,对照组患者接受行传统鼻息肉根治术,观察、评价两组的手术效果。结果:观察组治疗的总有效率为97.0%,治愈率为90.0%,高于对照组的84.0%、68.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的并发症发生率为0,低于对照组的10.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:鼻内镜下手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉,具有操作简单、方便、创伤小等特点,可减少术中出血量,预防并发症发生,安全性高。

Objective：To explore the effect of endoscopic sinus surgery for chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps.Method：From July 2013 to July 2015,200 cases of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps in our hospital were divided into two groups according to the random distribution.The observation group was treated with nasal endoscopic surgery,the control group was treated with traditional nasal polyps,the operation effects of the two groups were observed and evaluated.Result：The total effective rate in the observation group was 97.0%,the cure rate was 90.0%,they were higher than 84.0%,68.0% in the control group,there were significant differences in two groups（P〈0.05）.The complication rate in the observation group was 0,it was lower than 10.0% in the control group,there was significant difference in two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Nasal endoscopic surgery for chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps is not only simple,convenient,minimally invasive and other characteristics,but also can reduce the amount of bleeding during operation,prevent the occurrence of complications,get high safety.
