摘要 Cre-loxp系统是近年来广泛应用在各领域的重组酶系统。该系统由组织特异性重组酶cre和loxp位点组成。可以通过对特定的DNA序列进行准确的切割及连接,达到在基因水平上对生物体进行定向遗传改造的目的。牙釉质的发育离不开各种转录因子的作用,利用该系统对各转录因子的缺失或突变的研究,探讨特定时间、特定部位目的基因的异常改变对牙釉质发育的影响。 Cre-loxp system is recombinant enzyme systems,widely used in various fields in recent years.The system consists of a tissue-specific recombinase cre and loxp site components.Through specific DNA sequences accurate cutting and connection,at the genetic level to achieve the purpose of orienting genetically engineered organisms.Enamel development is inseparable from the role of various transcription factors,utilization of the system for each missing or mutated transcription factors,investigate the effect of abnormal changes in a particular time parts of the gene of enamel development.
