大剂量与标准剂量蒙脱石散剂对成人急性感染性肠炎致严重腹泻的疗效

Effect of large dose and standard dose of Montmorillonite Powder in treatment of adult severe diarrhea caused by acute infectious enteritis

目的探讨大剂量和标准剂量蒙脱石散剂对成人急性感染性肠炎致严重腹泻的临床疗效。方法选取2012年4月至2014年11月在遂宁市中心医院接受治疗的186例成人急性感染性肠炎致严重腹泻患者作为研究对象,按治疗方式分为对照组和研究组,各93例。所有患者均接受基础治疗,对照组患者使用标准剂量蒙脱石散剂进行治疗,研究组患者采用大剂量蒙脱石散剂进行治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效及并发症发生情况。结果研究组3 d治愈率(96.77%)与对照组(95.69%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但研究组患者平均止泻时间[(0.79±0.68)d]及平均腹泻时间[(2.71±1.53)d]均短于对照组[(1.42±0.52)、(3.82±1.64)d],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组患者并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论大剂量蒙脱石散剂在缩短患者腹泻时间和止泻时间方面优于标准剂量,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of large dose and standard dose of Montmorillonite Powder in treating adult severe diarrhea caused by acute infectious enteritis. Methods A total of 186 cases of adult severe diarrhea caused acute infectious enteritis treated in the Suining Municipal Central Hospital from April 2012 to November 2014 were selected as the research subjects and divided into the control group and the study group according to the treatment mode,93 cases in each group. All patients received the basic treatment. The control group was treated by the standard dose of Montmorillonite Powder,while the study group by large dose of Montmorillonite Powder. The clinical treatment effect and occurrence situation of complica-tions were compared between the two groups. Results The 3 d cure rate was 96.77% in the study group and 95.69% in the con trol group,showing no statistical difference between them（P〉0.05）. The average stopping diarrhea time in the study group was（0.79±0.68）d and the average diarrhea time was（2.71±1.53）d,which were shorter than（1.42±0.52）d and（3.82±1.64）d in the control group,with statistically significant difference（P〈0.01）. The occurrence rate of complications had no statistical difference between the two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The large dose of Montmorillonite Powder is superior to the standard dose of Montmo-rillonite Powder in shortening the diarrhea time and stopping diarrhea time for treating adult severe diarrhea caused by acute in-fectious enteritis and has the clinical application value.
