2型糖尿病酮症酸中毒合并重度急性高磷血症1例报道 被引量:1

摘要 糖尿病酮症酸中毒可合并严重低磷血症,罕见合并有严重高磷血症,急性高磷血症可致继发性甲旁亢、钙磷沉积变化、维生素D代谢障碍、肾性骨病,与冠状动脉、心瓣膜钙化等严重心血管并发症密切相关,但临床医生往往对血磷代谢异常重视不够。近期本科收治1例2型糖尿病酮症酸中毒合并急性重度高磷血症患者,现报道如下。
