摘要
职业培训是解决新生代农民工就业问题的根本途径之一。对SZ市新生代农民工就业质量和职业培训状况的调查发现:新生代农民工对现有职业培训满意度不高;对职业培训的认识不清;参与职业培训的次数少、时间短;认为培训内容实用性不高;感知价值会影响其职业培训支付意愿。因此,新生代农民工的培训支付意愿不高,就业质量也不高。为提高培训对新生代农民工就业质量的促进作用,可以采取如下措施:加强对职业培训的领导;加强各级政府的财政支持力度;引导新生代农民工转变对职业培训的认识;创新职业培训机制。
Vocational training is the basic way to solve employment problem of new generation migrant workers. This study conducted the employment quality and vocational training of new generation migrant workers by interviews and questionnaire survey. Below are the conclusions: the satisfaction of present vocational training is not high; lack of understanding of vocational training; the participation in vocational training is low; the practicality of training content is not high; perceived value will affect the willingness to pay for the vocational training. Therefore, their willingness to pay is not high, the employment quality is also not high. In order to enhance the effectiveness of training on the quality of the new generation migrant workers, the following suggestions could be valued: strengthen the management of vocational training; strengthen the financial support of governments at all levels; guide the new generation migrant workers shift their understanding to vocational training; innovate the mechanism of vocational training.
