高职学生职业定向认知对职业未决的影响机制——基于情感舒适度部分中介作用的分析

Research on the Influence Mechanism of Higher Vocational Students' Cognition of Professional Orientation on Their Career Indecision——Based on Analysis of Partially Mediating of Emotional Comfort

职业决策被认为是个人职业发展面临的最重要决定之一。全球经济及职业市场的复杂性,使得人们不得不频繁地做出职业决策。这些决策的有效性如何直接影响到今后的职业生涯发展。以Jones和Chenery的职业定向模式作为理论基础,分析高职院校学生职业决策的现状,进一步探讨高职院校学生职业决策中职业定向认知、情感舒适程度、职业未决的关系及内在作用机制,通过对天津市211名高职学生的实证研究发现:职业定向认知和情感舒适度均对职业未决程度有显著预测作用。在这一作用发生过程中,职业定向认知通过情感舒适度的部分中介而影响职业未决。

Career Decidedness has been recognized as one of the most crucial step of individual＇s career development. It is an especially important topic to study today due to the changing and complexity of the global economy as well as the current vocational marketplace. The effectiveness of those decisions can strongly affect an individual＇s future career. The research was based on Jones and Chenery（1980） Professional Orientation Mode framework, combined with a special rules, vocational education is different from general education, analyzed the current career decidedness situation of higher vocational college students, and further discuss the higher vocational school students＇ cognition of professional orientation, emotional comfort, career indecision and their internal role. Two hundred and eleven students studying in Tianjing served as respondents of the inquiry. Findings revealed that both cognition of professional orientation and emotional comfort could be considered as significant predictors of career indecision. The investigation has further found out that emotional comfort is a medium for cognition of professional orientation between career indecision.
