摘要
"未来先进核裂变能-ADS嬗变系统"是中国科学院首批启动的A类战略性先导科技专项之一,具有战略性、基础性、前瞻性和先导性。先导专项涉及的系统多,难度大,挑战难度空前,不可预见的问题非常多,需跨单位合作完成。先导专项的特点决定了其管理工作具有较大的难度,做好先导专项管理工作需以进度管理、技术协调、经费管理工作为重点,信息宣传、合作交流等多方面协同工作。
The Future Advanced Nuclear Fission Energy--ADS Transmutation System is strategic, fundamental, forward-looking and prior as one of the Chinese Academy of Sciences(CAS) Strategic Priority Research Programs which were first started. ADS involves too many systems and unforeseen problems. It needs cross-unit collaboration. So the management of this project is too difficult. The key points of the project management are schedule management, technical coordination and financial management.
