一种用昆虫病毒研发高效安全的新型生物农药正在全面推广--中国科学院广谱高效昆虫杆状病毒杀虫剂的研制和应用 被引量:3

摘要 传统观点认为,一种昆虫病毒只能防控一种害虫,广谱甘蓝夜蛾核型多角体病毒(Mb MNPV)杀虫剂的开发改变了这一传统观念。该体病毒杀虫剂可防治32种以上鳞翅目害虫,尤其对我国重要抗性农业害虫小菜蛾、地老虎、甜菜夜蛾、棉铃虫、烟青虫、甘蓝夜蛾、粘虫等有很好的防控效果。中国科学院武汉病毒研究所研制出一种广谱昆虫杆状病毒生物杀虫剂,并已建成全球最大的千吨级昆虫病毒杀虫剂生产线,年产制剂超过600吨。在全国21个省(市、区)大面积推广应用,控制抗性小菜蛾、棉铃虫、甜菜夜蛾等重要农业害虫,年应用面积超过600万亩,已成为目前国内外年产量和年应用面积最大的昆虫病毒生物杀虫剂。 A novel baculovirus, Mamestrabrassicaemultiple nucleopolyhedrovirus(Mb MNPV),biopesticide was developed and largely applicated in China. The more than 32 specieses of Lepidopera insect can be infected by this virus, especially, the Plutellaxylostell, Helicoverpaarmigera, Spodopteraexigua, Marucatestulalis,Cnaphalocrocismedin alisand other impotantpeses in China were controlled with thebaculovirusbiopesticide. An annual output of 2,000 tons of insect viruses pesticide plant was built in Yichun,Jiangxi province.Daily infected larvae capacity was over 2 million. The insect virusbiopesticide was registered in China.In 2013 and 2014, more than 600,000 ha vegetable, cotton, flower and rice field was sprayed with the Mb MNPV pesticide and the several severe agriculture pests were controlled by one baculovirusbiopestcide.
