摘要
在常温条件下[水温为(23±2)℃,pH值6.8,溶氧4.6 mg/L]用经过处理的自来水,采用静水试验法,对平均体质量8.7g/尾黄鳝鱼种进行三环唑的急性毒性试验。随着药物浓度的上升和浸泡时间的延长,黄鳝鱼种死亡量上升。三环唑对黄鳝鱼种24h、48h和96h半致死浓度分别为9.87mg/L、8.36 mg/L、6.53 mg/L,安全浓度为0.653 mg/L.结果表明:黄鳝鱼种对三环唑敏感,毒性为中毒级。
At room temperature conditions [water temperature was(23 ±2)℃,p H value of 6.8,dissolved oxygen 4.6 mg/L] of treated water by using the hydrostatic test,the average weight of 8.7 g/fish for Monopterus albus tail tricyclazole acute toxicity test. The results showed that: the average mortality of the tested Monopterus albus was increased with the raise of concentrations of tricyclazole and the delay of saking time;24 h,48 h and96 h median lethal concentration of 9.87 mg/L,8.36 mg/L,6.53 mg/L,the safe concentration was 0.653 mg/L. The results showed that: tricyclazole was very sensitive to Monopterus albus and the toxicity was middle level.
