中等盐度池塘中光裸方格星虫的存活和生长研究

Experiment on the growth and survival of Sipuncunlus nudus in medium salinity pond

在凡纳滨对虾养殖池塘中开展方格星虫的养殖实验,实验共分2个处理组,分别为对照组和网箱组,各设8个重复。在每个养殖筐中投放6条方格星虫(4.98±0.401)g/ind,实验时间为100天。结果显示,实验中期,网箱组方格星虫的存活率为60.41%,而对照组方格星虫的存活率为45.83%。实验结束时,网箱组方格星虫的存活率为35.41%,而对照组中养殖筐内方格星虫的存活率为0。网箱组内方格星虫的特定生长率为0.18%。结果表明,在中低盐度、具沙质底的池塘中可以进行方格星虫的搭配养殖,方格星虫可以耐受养殖期间盐度以及其他因子变化。对虾对于方格星虫可能具有一定的捕食能力,因此通过增加沙层厚度或加盖网片可以提高方格星虫的成活率。因此,在中国沿海具有相近环境因子的养殖池塘中开展方格星虫的养殖活动和研究将提高该品种在沿海的生物资源和经济价值。

The growth and survival rate of Sipunculus nudus in a shrimp culture pond was investigated. The experiment was conducted in 16 breeding tanks（L×W×H,50cm×40cm×20cm） in which the S. nudus were stocked in the bottom sandy sediment at two treatments. Treatments in octuplicate were inside the cages and outside the cages. Six individuals（mean weight 4.98±0.41g） were stocked in each tank. The results showed that the survival rate of S. nudus in the cage was 60.41%,and it was 45.83% outside the cage at the mid-experiment. At the end of the experiment,the survival rate of S. nudus in the cage was 35.41%; nevertheless,there was no S.nudus was found in the control group. The SGR of S. nudus in the cage was about 0.18%. The results suggest that the S. nudus has some adaptive capacity to the shrimp pond,and they can adapt to the medium/low salinity.Therefore,based on its adaptive capacity to the shrimp pond,the culturing of S. nudus in the sandy sediment pond was an ecological model with potential development.
