肝素对溺水小鼠脑损伤的保护作用

摘要 目的观察肝素对溺水小鼠脑损伤的保护作用。方法选用雄性ICR小鼠,随机分为正常组,模型组,肝素组。小鼠溺死模型建立成功后,将小鼠断头处死,取全脑。作病理切片,观察各组脑组织切片HE染色组织形态学改变。测定脑组织中脂质氧化终产物丙二醛(MDA)、髓过氧化物酶(MPO)活力,检测超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。结果与模型组相比,肝素组脑组织HE染色显示神经元清晰有所改善。与正常组比较,模型组脑组织MPO活力、MDA含量增高,SOD活性低(P<0.05,P<0.01);与模型组比较,肝素组脑组织中的MPO活力、MDA含量降低,SOD活性增高(P<0.01)。结论肝素对溺水引起脑氧化损伤有明显的保护作用,可能与其抗氧化损伤有关。 Objective To investigate the protective effect of Heparin on brain injury in mice challenged water drowning. Methods ICR male mice were randomly divided into normal,model,Heparin groups. After 9 min,the level of superoxide dismutase( SOD),malondialdehyde( MDA) and myeloperoxidase( MPO) were measured,the pathologic changes of the brain tissue sections were observed under microscope with HE staining. Results Compared with model group,clear improvement and the increasing number of nerve cell in Heparin group.Compared with normal group,the level of MDA and MPO in the brain tissue were increased,the level of SOD in the brain tissue was decreased in model group( P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01). Compared with model group,the level of MDA and MPO in the brain tissue were decreased,the level of SOD in the brain tissue was increased in Heparin group( P〈0. 01). Conclusions Heparin has protective effect on brain oxidative damage induced by water drowning,which might be related to its antioxidation ability.
