中老年2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松患者血清25(OH)D3水平 被引量:8

摘要 目的了解中老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并骨质疏松(OP)患者血清25(OH)D3水平及与相关因素的关系。方法分别测定中老年T2DM合并OP组(A组)、单纯T2DM组(B组)、单纯OP组(C组)和健康对照组(D组)的血清25(OH)D3水平,并与年龄、体重指数(BMI)、糖尿病患者病程、空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)、空腹C肽(FCP)、25(OH)D3、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、血钙(Ca2+)、磷(P)、血脂及骨密度等相关因素进行比较和分析。结果四组血清25(OH)D3的平均水平差异显著(P<0.05)。多因素相关分析显示,血清25(OH)D3水平与年龄、Hb A1c呈负相关(r=-0.381,P=0.002;r=-0.378,P=0.011);与骨密度呈正相关(r=0.239,P=0.047)。结论中老年人普遍存在维生素D缺乏,DM合并OP患者维生素D缺乏更为严重。25(OH)D3与年龄、Hb A1c密切相关;高龄、血糖控制差、25(OH)D3缺乏均是中老年T2DM合并OP的危险因素。
