无创外周血管检测技术评估血管功能的应用及进展 被引量:7

摘要 近年来,心血管疾病特别是冠心病的治疗观念及技术得到了极大的发展及进步,但冠心病的发病率及死亡率仍居高不下,因此,如何早期发现及尽早干预成为学界关注的重点。传统的心血管疾病危险因素对于心血管疾病有预测性,但是其价值是有限的。目前,针对血管功能的检测手段发展迅速,而无创检查具有操作简便、易于重复及随访、无创等优点,便于临床开展及早期评价心血管疾病的危险程度。
