前房维持器在硅油填充眼白内障手术中的应用

Application value of anterior chamber maintenance device in cataract surgery of eyes with silicone oil tamponade

目的评价前房维持器在硅油填充眼并发性白内障手术中应用的特点。方法回顾性分析19例（19眼）硅油填充眼并发白内障术中应用前房维持器行超声乳化吸出人工晶状体植入术。结果术后视力提高者17眼，无明显改善有2眼；19眼术中前房均稳定，无后囊破裂，极少硅油进入前房，手术效果良好，手术成功率高。结论前房维持器术中能更好地保持前房稳定及眼压稳定，减少手术并发症。

Objective To evaluate the application of anterior chamber maintainer in surgery of complicated cataract of eyes with silicone oil tamponade. Methods Retrospective analysis of 19 eyes of 19 cases with complicated cataract in eyes with silicone-oil tamponade. The condition during the operation of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation and the postoperative vision were analyzed. Results The postoperative visual acuity was improved in 16 eyes, and no significant improvement in 3 eyes. The anterior chamber were stable during the operation in all 19 eyes, without posterior capsule rupture and with little silicone oil into the anterior chamber. Conclusion The anterior chamber maintainer can help maintaining the stability of anterior chamber and intraocular pressure and reduce complications during the operation.
