摘要 研究显示抑郁障碍(MDD)存在大脑结构的改变,基于皮层的形态学测量法(SBM)是一种通过测量皮层厚度、皮层表面积和局部折叠系数等指标,来重建全脑/脑区多维度立体模型的方法。本研究就该方法在抑郁障碍中的应用进行综述。 Many studies have shown the existing of atypical brain structure in the major depressive disorder. The surface-based morphometry is a novel approach that enables to capture multidimensional images through measuring cortical thickness, surface area and local gyrification index. We reviewed the application of surface-based morphometry in the study of major depressive disorder.
