摘要
利用PLC控制系统调节和监控闪光焊机的工作流程,控制焊接电流的通断,调节电流波形和电流值,实现焊接过程每个工艺流程时间和步骤的调节。文中通过PLC控制系统,实现闪光焊机的自动控制。满足了闪光焊机的工艺要求,实现焊接工艺自动化的目的。
The PLC control system is used to adjust and monitor the working process of flash welding machine,control the welding current on and off,adjust the current waveform and current value,and implement the welding process regulation of each process flow and time step.In this paper the PLC control system is adopted to achieve the automatic control of flash welding machine.The requirement of flash welding process is fulfilled,and the technique automation is realized.
