摘要
从市场模式出发,房地产工程造价管理需要和工程设计、项目功能、工程管理机制紧密结合在一起,形成良好的造价管理体系与机制,为房地产工程项目质量优化和效益提升创造良好的内部条件和外部条件,实现房地产业健康稳定发展。
Starting from the market model,the real estate project cost management should be combined with the engineering design,engineering function and engineering management mechanism.Therefore,agood cost management system can be formed to create good internal condition and external condition for real estate project quality optimization and realize the healthy and stable development of real estate project.
