摘要
端子箱在一次设备与二次设备中起连接中转作用,是变电站的重要辅助设备。因长期安置于环境恶劣的户外,难免受尘土、潮湿、温度、鼠虫等因素的影响,使端子箱内部的线缆和元器件遭受不同程度的损害。对此本文从箱体结构、防潮控温、维修更换等方面综合考虑,提出了一系列户外端子箱的防护措施及其设计规范。设计了"内胆式"端子箱双层箱体结构;采用了除湿调温自动控制系统;提出统一采购安装标准;安装全面实时监控设施等等。综上所提防护措施能全面保障户外端子箱的正常运行。
Terminal box act as connection and transit between primary equipment and secondary equipment,which is the important auxiliary equipment of substation. Because of being set on extreme outdoor environment,terminal box suffer from dust,moisture,temperature and pests that damage the cable and components in different degree. So this paper come up with a series of protection measures of outdoor terminal box and it＇s design specification in comprehensively consider of the enclosure structure,moisture temperature control,maintenance and replacement. Design inner tank type terminal box double enclosure structure. Introduce desiccant air-conditioning automatic control system. Propose unified purchasing installation standard. Install a comprehensive real-time monitoring facilities. Based on the proposed protective measures can guarantee the normal operation of the terminal box.
