40.5k V金属封闭开关柜是在变电站中广泛使用的开关设备,由于在设计、制造存在的问题,会造成运行现场发生绝缘缺陷。本文对某变电站运行的开关柜存在的绝缘缺陷从绝缘件、母排等方面进行了分析,采用电场分析软件,找出问题的根源,并提出了改进措施。现场验证试验,取得了较好的效果。

40. 5k V metal-enclosed switchgear is widely used in substations. The different problems in designing and producing period,will cause some insulation faults on running site. This paper uses the electric field analysis software to analyse the insulation defects of the running swtichgear of one substation,from insulation parts,busbar parts. Then find the root of problems and propose improvement approach. Finaly get a preferable result by verification test on site.
