摘要
含锌尿素生产工艺通常是将锌盐配制成单一或者多组分的水溶液,从尿素装置的一段或二段蒸发之前加入系统,以蒸出多余水分,能耗较高。如果蒸发后生产两种产品,则显得很不灵活。本文介绍一种新工艺,以尿素代替水作为锌盐的溶剂,不经蒸发段生产含锌尿素,同时解决灵活性问题。
The common process for production of zinc-containing urea is to join the aqueous solution of zinc salt(s) into the system before the first section or secondary section evaporation of urea unit, so as to the excess water could be evaporated away,which requires a lot of energy. And when two products need to produce after the evaporation, it is very inflexible. This paper introduced a novel process for production of zinc-containing urea, which uses urea instead of water as the solvent for zinc salt,omitting water evaporation and improving flexibility.
