Application and modification of electrofilter in a natural gas-based acetylene plant

介绍了湿式电滤器在天然气部分氧化制乙炔装置的应用过程中出现的问题,从工作原理着手分析其原因并从多方面提出改进措施,提高设备运行的稳定性。

This paper introduced the existed problems in the application of the wet electrofilter in the plant of partial oxidation of natural gas to acetylene, analyzed the reasons based on the working principle and put forward some modifying measures to improve the stability of the equipment.
