薄膜太阳能电池栅线电极浆料的研究现状及发展趋势

The Research Status and Development Trend of Grid Electrode Paste for Thin Film Solar Cells

摘要 综述并分析了薄膜太阳能电池栅线电极的性能要求,讨论银浆性能及制备高分辨率/大高宽比栅线电极的影响因素,介绍栅线电极用银浆的现状及其发展趋势。 In this paper, the performance of the electrode grid line for the thin film solar cell is reviewed and analyzed. The properties and preparation of high resolution and large aspect ratio are discussed. The current developing trend is briefly introduced.
