摘要
钢铁冶金企业中煤气温度与设备选型和节能减排有重要关系,因此准确计算高温煤气管道在输送过程中的温降有重要意义。通过建立管道轴向散热模型,推导计算,并应用于冶金企业煤气管道的工程,为设备选型及设备的安全运行提供了一定的理论依据。
In steel enterprises gas temperature has important relationship with equipment type selection and energy saving and emission reduction, therefore accurate calculation of temperature reduction during transfer process in high temperature gas pipes bears great significance. Through establishing a model for axial heat radiation of pipes, deducing calculation and applying the model in gas pipe projects of steel enterprises, theoretical basis was provided for equipment type selection and safe operation.
