To Optimize BF Air Supply Regulating Mode and Reduce Steam Consumption of Turbine Blower

通过分析和试验,提出将高炉供风调节由高炉侧控制改为风机侧调整,这样可以减少供风的放散,满足高炉对冷风的需求,减少蒸汽的消耗,降本节支。

Through analysis and test, it was put forward to change the regulation mode of blast furnace air supply from the furnace side control to blower side regulating, which can reduce blast diffusion, satisfy furnace demand for cold air, reduce steam consumption, lower production cost and save expenditure.
