摘要
针对400 m^2烧结大型圆筒混合机减速机频繁发生二段轴轴承损坏,减速机齿轮断裂,开机超负荷等事故,通过对事故案例进行分析,与同类型设备进行比对,找出事故根本原因系减速机选型过小,承载能力不足,并对其进行了优化改造。
To deal with the frequent accidents of bearing damages of the two-section axel, gear cracking and overloading startup of the mixed reducer in the large drum mixer of the 400 m^2 sinter, the fundamental cause of insufficient bearing capacity due to undersize of the reducer was found out through analysis of the accident and comparison with same types of equipment. Corresponding optimizing transformation was carried out.
