加替沙星滴眼液与诺氟沙星滴眼液治疗细菌性角膜炎临床疗效分析

Therapeutic effect of Gatifloxacin eye drops and Norfloxacin eye drops on Bacterial Coronitis

目的：观察加替沙星滴眼液与诺氟沙星滴眼液治疗细菌性角膜炎的疗效及不良反应。方法：将62例细菌性角膜炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用加替沙星滴眼液,2~3滴/次,4~6次/d;对照组诺氟沙星滴眼液,2~3滴/次,4~6次/d。比较两组间的临床疗效及不良反应。结果：加替沙星组总有效率为93.75%（30/32）,明显高于诺氟沙星组80%（24/30）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组间不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：加替沙星滴眼液治疗细菌性结膜炎有较好的疗效及安全性。

Objective To study the effect and toxicity of gatifloxacin eye drops and norfloxacin eye drops on bacterial coronitis. Method 62 patients with bacterial coronitis were divided into two groups randomly. 32 patients in treatment group with gatifloxacin eye drops,2 ~ 3 drops every time; 4 ~ 6 times every day were given. 30 patients in control group with norfloxacin eye drops,2 ~ 3 drops every time; 4 ~ 6 times every day were given. The curative effect and toxicity of two regiments were analyzed. Results The overall response rate of treatment group and control group were 93. 75%（ 30 /32） and 80%（ 24 /30）,respectively. The total effective rate of the two groups had significant deference（ P〈0. 05）. The rrate of adverse reaction in two groups were no deference. There was no significant deference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Gatifloxacin eye drops is an effective and safe therapy in bacterial coronitis.
