品管圈活动在提高手术间物品定位合格率中的应用

Application effect of the “Quality Control Circle”in improving the qualified rate of items positioning in operation room

目的:探讨品管圈活动在提高手术间物品定位合格率中的应用。方法:开展以"提高手术间物品定位的合格率"为主题的品管圈活动,针对手术间物品定位的合格率低进行现状调查,解析,制定并实施相应的对策,确认活动效果。结果:实施品管圈活动后,重点改善项目操作台物品定位合格率改善的目标达成率为126%,进步率86%;橱柜物品定位改善的目标达成率为116%,进步率79%;锐器盒整理改善的目标达成率为107%,进步率73%。品管圈实施后手术间物品定位合格率远远高于实施前(P<0.05),圈成员在沟通与协调、责任心、积极性、自信心、团队精神、幸福感、解决问题能力、Qcc手法应用各方面的能力也远远高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:开展品管圈活动可以提高手术间物品定位的合格率,提高手术室护理工作质量,并提高护理人员各方面能力。

Objective To study application effect of the＂Quality Control Circle＂in improving the qualified rate of items positioning in operation room. Method To carriy out ＂Improve the qualification rate of surgical items positioning＂as the theme of the quality control circle activity,investigation of the items positioning qualified rate,the implementation of corresponding countermeasures was formulated,the effect was analyzed and confirmed. Results After the implementation of quality control circle activity,the main point： work bench items locate qualified rate was 126%,progress rate was 86%; storage cabinet items locate qualified rate was 116%,progress rate was 79%; Sharps box locate qualified rate was 107%,progress rate was 73%. The qualified rate was much higher than before the implementation（ P〈0. 05）. Team members various aspects ability such as communication,coordination,responsibility,enthusiasm,confidence,teamwork,happiness and problem solving skills,Qcc application were greatly improves than before the implementation（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Quality control circle can improve the qualified rate of items positioning,it can also improve the operation room nurses abilities and quality of work.
