无磷缓蚀阻垢剂在大型石化循环冷却水系统中的应用

Application of phosphorus-free corrosion and scale inhibitor to largescale circulating cooling water system in petrochemical industry

为了满足环保对无磷排放的要求，通过系列试验筛选出由聚环氧琥珀酸、聚天冬氨酸、缓蚀剂等复配而成的无磷缓蚀阻垢剂JC-602，在石化循环冷却水系统进行工业化应用，JC-602投加量在90～120mg/L，控制总锌质量浓度为0．8～1．6 mg/L，系统浓缩倍数在4．0-6．0，运行结果表明，生产装置运行稳定，各项监测数据良好，取得了良好的处理效果。

In order to meet the non-phosphorus discharge requirement for environmental protection, phos-phorus-free corrosion and scale inhibitor JC-602 consists of polyepoxysuccinie acid, polyaspartie acid and corro-sion inhibitors, was used in circulating cooling water system of petrochemical industry. The operation results ofthe system indicated that, under the condition that the dosage of JC-602 was 90 - 120 mg/L, the mass concen-tration of total zinc was 0.8 - 1.6 mg/L, the concentration multiple of the system was 4.0 - 6.0, the production e-quipments ran steadily and had good monitoring data, which gained a good treatment effect finally.
