摘要
为了满足环保对无磷排放的要求,通过系列试验筛选出由聚环氧琥珀酸、聚天冬氨酸、缓蚀剂等复配而成的无磷缓蚀阻垢剂JC-602,在石化循环冷却水系统进行工业化应用,JC-602投加量在90~120mg/L,控制总锌质量浓度为0.8~1.6 mg/L,系统浓缩倍数在4.0-6.0,运行结果表明,生产装置运行稳定,各项监测数据良好,取得了良好的处理效果。
In order to meet the non-phosphorus discharge requirement for environmental protection, phos-phorus-free corrosion and scale inhibitor JC-602 consists of polyepoxysuccinie acid, polyaspartie acid and corro-sion inhibitors, was used in circulating cooling water system of petrochemical industry. The operation results ofthe system indicated that, under the condition that the dosage of JC-602 was 90 - 120 mg/L, the mass concen-tration of total zinc was 0.8 - 1.6 mg/L, the concentration multiple of the system was 4.0 - 6.0, the production e-quipments ran steadily and had good monitoring data, which gained a good treatment effect finally.
