摘要
针对天然橡胶加工废水污染物浓度高、富含营养物质、可生化性好的特点,选用中和-沉淀-UASB-AO生化-混凝沉淀-砂滤-消毒的工艺进行处理,出水水质达到GB/T 19923—2005《城市污水再生利用工业用水水质》中工艺与产品用水标准与GB 20922—2007《城市污水再生利用农田灌溉用水水质》中露地蔬菜标准的要求,可作为生产工艺用水或胶林灌溉水。介绍了处理工艺流程及其设计特点,给出了主要构筑物设计参数及运行成本。
In view of the characteristics of the wastewater from nature rubber processing which are mainlymanifested as high concentrations of pollutants and nutrient substance, good biodegradability and so on, a com-bined process of neutralization-sedimentation-UASB-AO biochemical-coagulation sedimentation-sand filtration-sterilization was used for its treatment. The results showed that, the effluent water quality not only met the re-quirement of technological and productive uses water specified in GB/T 19923--2005 The Reuse of Urban Re-cycling Water--Water Quality Standard for Industrial Uses, but also met the specification for outdoor vegetablesirrigating required by GB 20922--2007 The Reuse of Urban Recycling Water--Quality of Farmland IrrigationWater, therefore, it could be used as industrial water for rubber processing and irrigation water of rubber planta-tion. The process flow and its design characteristics were introduced with the design parameters of main struc-tures and running cost provided as well.
