全程护理干预对电子胃镜检查效果的影响评价

Effect of nursing intervention on electronic gastroscope examination

目的:通过观察电子胃镜在临床检查中的应用,对全程护理干预在电子胃镜检查中的应用效果进行评价。方法:将1 391例初次接受胃镜检查的患者随机分为对照组和干预组。对照组接受电子胃镜检查,不进行护理干预;干预组在接受电子胃镜检查全程中有针对性地给予适当的护理干预。对2组受检患者的生理指标、术中不适程度、所需插镜时间和护理干预前后SAS评分进行比较。结果:干预组生理指标、心理指标增加的程度以及术中不适程度显著低于对照组,所需插镜时间也明显少于对照组。结论:全程护理干预可有效减轻胃镜检查者的痛苦,保证检查顺利完成。

Objective： To explore the effect of nursing intervention on electronic gastroscope examination by observing its application in clinical examination. Methods： 1 391 patients who first underwent electronic gastroscope examination were randomly divided into a control group and an intervention group. The control group received the electronic gastroscope examination but did not accept the nursing intervention. However the intervention group received electronic gastroscope examination and also were given proper nursing intervention in the whole operation course. The two group patients were compared in terms of physiological indexes,intraoperative discomfort degree,the needed operation time and SAS score before and after the nursing intervention. Then the effect of nursing intervention in the process of electronic gastroscope examination was evaluated. Results： The increased physiological indexes,mental indexes and intraoperative discomfort degree were significantly lower in the intervention group than in the control group. The needed operation time in the intervention group was also significantly less than in the control group. Conclusion： The whole course of nursing intervention can effectively reduce the pain of tested patients and ensure the accomplishment of electronic gastroscope examination.
