摘要 近十年来,微RNA(miRNAs)已成为生物科学领域的一个研究热点。miRNAs在造血细胞分化以及包括急性髓细胞白血病(AML)等血液恶性肿瘤中起到了非常重要的作用。miRNAs的异常表达与AML特异性的基因异常以及AML患者的临床结局密切相关,且miRNAs与AML的发病机制和预后密切相关。另外,由于miRNAs既可作为致癌基因又可作为肿瘤抑制基因,因此miRNAs可作为AML诊断和治疗的新型标志物。 MicroRNAs( miRNAs) have become one of the hottest topics in biology for the last 10 years.miRNAs play a crucial role in hematopoietic differentiation and hematological malignancies,including acute myeloid leukemia( AML). Aberrant expression of miRNAs is closely associated with specific genetic abnormalities and clinical outcome of AML patients. miRNAs have also been linked tightly to the pathogenesis and prognosis of AML. In addition,since miRNAs can function as either oncogenes or tumor suppressor genes,miRNAs provide us with novel tools as biomarkers fro both diagnosis and treatment for AML.
