摘要 上皮细胞黏附分子(Ep CAM)是一种嗜同种非钙离子依赖性上皮细胞黏附分子,也是已确定的与肿瘤相关的蛋白分子。在分化型甲状腺癌(DTC)的研究中已证实Ep CAM呈过度表达状态。Ep CAM在细胞黏附、增殖、分化、转移、细胞周期监管中发挥重要作用,并与癌症和干细胞发射信号方面也有关。Ep CAM作为肿瘤相关抗原之一,在DTC的诊断、治疗及预后判断等方面具有重要意义,可预测预后不良,亦可作为一个靶向治疗的潜在目标。 Epithelial cell adhesion molecule( Ep CAM) is isophil calcium independent,a protein molecule of confirmed correlation with cancer. In the case of differentiated thyroid carcinoma( DTC),over-expression of Ep CAM in thyroid tissue has already been demonstrated. Ep CAM serves important roles in cell adhesion,proliferation,differentiation,migration,cell cycle regulation and is also involved in cancer and stem cell signaling. As one of the tumor associated antigens,Ep CAM is of great significance in DTC diagnosis,treatment and prognosis judgment,and can also be a potential target for targeted therapy.
