摘要 [目的]筛选适宜凤台县种植的高产、优质、高效甘薯新品种。[方法]通过对比试验开展凤台县紫色甘薯新品种筛选试验。[结果]"烟薯3号"薯干产量15 592.5 kg/hm2,"烟紫747"和"万紫56"的鲜薯产量皆超过60 000 kg/hm2。初步筛选出"济黑1号"等适宜于淀粉产品加工的专用型品种和紫色食品的兼用型品种。[结论]紫薯适于在沿淮地区种植,在选择优良品种的前提下,不仅可以获得高产,而且能提高品质。 [Objective] The aim was to screen out high yield,quality and efficient sweet potato new variety appropriate for planting in Fengtai County. [Method] The screening test for purple sweet potato new variety was carried out in Fengtai County through contrast experiment. [Result] The yield of dried potato Yanshu3 was 15 592. 5 kg / hm2,yield of fresh potato Yanzi747 and Wanzi56 were above 60 000 kg/hm2. The special varieties suitable for processing starch products and dual-purpose varieties for purple food were obtained. [Conclusion] Purple sweet potato is suitable for planting in areas along the Huaihe River. Selecting excellent variety can not only obtain high yield,but also improve quality.
