高校思想政治教育中人格教育问题研究

Research on Personality Education in College Ideological and Political Education

健康的人格对个人和社会都是一笔宝贵的财富。当前,我国高校的思想政治教育得到了空前的重视和加强,但学生的人格问题仍然非常突出,针对这种状况,高校有必要在思想政治教育中突出人格教育,从整合现有思政教材中的人格教育资源、在思政课中扩充和深化人格教育的内容、创新教育形式、提高思政教育工作者自身修养和人格魅力等方面加强大学生人格教育。

A healthy personality is a valuable treasure for both an individual and the society. Currently, China＇s college ideological and political education has been enhanced unprecedentedly, but students＇ problems in personality are still prominent. In view of the situation, it is necessary for colleges to highlight personality education in ideological and political education, strengthening college students＇ personality education from integrating personality education resources in the existing ideological and political teaching materials, deepening the content of personality education in ideological and political course, innovating the form of education, and improving the self-cultivation and personal charm of ideological and political educators.
