中德籍教师初级德语教学效果实践——基于知识转移视角

摘要 外籍教师在中国高校任教已经成为普遍现象,但在教学过程中也出现了一些问题。本文从知识转移的视角,从知识特性、知识接收方、知识发送方和转移情景四方面因素分析问题产生的原因,并提出相应的改进建议。 It has become a common phenomenon that foreign teachers teach in Chinese colleges and universities, but there are also many problems in the course of teaching. The reasons from such four aspects as knowledge features, knowledge receivers,senders and knowledge transfer situation from the perspective of knowledge transfer are analyzed. The corresponding suggestions are put forward to improve the efficiency of the hiring of foreign teachers and the teaching quality.
