摘要 玉米转基因方法有多种,最主要的是基因枪转化法和农杆菌介导转化法。本文综述了玉米转基因方法的研究进展,对影响转化频率的因素进行了总结,并分析了标记基因的使用现状。 There are many methods for maize transformation, and the particle bombardment and agrobacterium-mediated transformation are the most commonly used. This paper reviewd the research progress of maize transformation,and the critical factors that influence the transformation frequency.It also analyzed the selected markers.
